LOCATION

 

Kenauk is located approximately 4 kilometres northeast of the village of Montebello, Québec, halfway between Ottawa, Ontario and Montreal, Quebec. Bordering just south of Kenauk is the Ottawa river, which feeds into the St. Lawrence river. The principal access to Kenauk is 2 Km from the recently completed Highway #50, a four lane highway connecting Montreal and Ottawa.

 

Almost all of Kenauk, including the Property, lies within the boundaries of the Municipality of otre-Dame-de-Bonsecours. To the west, Kenauk crosses into the Municipality of Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix and to the east, into the Municipality of Harrington.

 

Kenauk is in close proximity to major international airports, including Ottawa’s MacDonald-Cartier Airport (YOW), Montréal’s Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL) and Mont-Tremblant International Airport (YTM). All three of these airports are approximately a one hour flight from Toronto’s Pearson International Airport (YYZ), which is considered a global gateway in North America.
